Tiberino Spaghetti Mezzanotte

"Midnight Spaghetti" is a spicy pasta dish commonly prepared at home on late night, when friends don't want to leave your home because it is too much comfortbale or when you are too hungry to go sleeping. This dish is a variant of "Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata" dish.

Preparation: bring 3 cups of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the contents of the package, cover and cook  until most of the water has absorbed. 

Useful tips: add 4 anchovies fillets during cooking and serve with fried bread crumbs.

Wine: Sovana Rosso Superiore or medium bodied red wine.

Ingredients: spaghetti, hot pepper,aromatic herbs, salt.
