Shipping & delivery

Orders ship via Canada Post within 48 - 72 business hours of order placement.

There is a flat fee of 15$ for orders shipped in Quebec. For all other Canadian provinces, the price of shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight & location.

Once your order has shipped, we send Canada Post tracking information. Some orders in the greater Montreal may be delivered by courrier service.

We offer local delivery for catering orders and the cost of delivery is 15$ (West Island) and 25$ (downtown or Laval-Ouest). Local delivery is possible for all products in the store, prepared foods, frozen items, and more. You can also place an order for local delivery over the phone with a member of our team by calling 514-505-3296.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges on fully sealed goods within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Special items like Panettones, Holiday items and any sale items are non-refundable.

Damages

If order arrives damaged, please contact info@boutiquesorella.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement product as soon as we can or credit you.

Can I return or exchange an online purchase in store?

Yes! Bring your receipt and account number if you have and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I track my order?
