Orders ship via Canada Post within 48 - 72 business hours of order placement.
There is a flat fee of 15$ for orders shipped in Quebec. For all other Canadian provinces, the price of shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight & location.
Once your order has shipped, we send Canada Post tracking information. Some orders in the greater Montreal may be delivered by courrier service. We attempt 2 deliveries and if we're unable to reach you, we'll contact you to make other arrangements.
We offer local delivery for catering orders and the cost of delivery is 15$ (West Island) and 25$ (downtown or Laval-Ouest). Local delivery is possible for all products in the store, prepared foods, frozen items, beers, and more. You can also place an order for local delivery over the phone with a member of our team by calling 514-505-3296.
Returns and exchanges on fully sealed goods within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Special items like Panettones and Holiday items are non-refundable.
If order arrives damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement product as soon as we can or credit you.
Yes! Bring your receipt and account number if you have and we’ll take care of the rest.
