Tapas l'Atelier - Squid, Piquillo peppers & Fresh Lemon

The mild flavor of the squid is enhanced here with a compote of Piquillos (South American peppers), a hint of curry and a sparingly added hot pepper. This gives us a slightly spicy note.

At aperitif time, stir lightly before opening, serve chilled in small tapas dishes.
