Michele Portoghese Sedani Rigate

Sedanini are part of the family of short straight-cut striped pasta, and have a tubular shape and are particularly popular in Northern Italy. They are excellent in the preparation of minestrone and soups, but can also be enjoyed with light tomato dressings. They are also recommended with tomato and legume-based vegetable sauces.
