Laconiko Olio Nuovo (Limited Reserve) is now the first and only Certified High-Phenolic Olive Oil in North America. It’s recognized for its outstanding phenolic levels, stored at a constant 53.6–59°F (12–15°C), and has earned top honours including the Aristoleo Gold Award, the NYIOOC Gold Award, and multiple gold medals in international competitions.

“Olio Nuovo,” meaning “new oil,” is our family’s limited-reserve extra-virgin olive oil from the first two weeks of harvest. It’s packed with fresh phenols and delivers that bold, peppery, slightly bitter profile that only truly fresh olive oil can offer.
