Why is Fleur de Sel so special?
We opted to use this treasured sea salt because of its delicate texture and flavourful minerality derived from the salty Atlantic waters it’s sourced from. Fleur de sel is lovingly hand-harvested by gathering the top layer of delicate crystals that form as seawater evaporates. This labor-intensive process along with the rarity of ideal weather conditions contributes to limited production, making it one of the most expensive salts in the world.
