Fresh herbs transform the flavour of this extra virgin olive oil. It’s a great way to season dishes when you haven’t got fresh herbs to hand. You can drizzle it over grilled meat and freshly baked focaccia. It’s delicious on roast potatoes and chicken thighs.
We like to mix the oil with garlic to make a speedy marinade. It’s great with meat and firm fleshed white fish like cod and monkfish.
This Puglian olive oil can be used as a base for soups and sauces. Use it to gently sauté onions for minestrone or a white bean stew.
