Galantino Puglian olive oil is infused with fresh garlic. You can cook with it or drizzle it over pasta and bruschetta. Produced in southern Italy, the cold-pressed oil has a medium-fruity taste. We love its peppery finish and intense garlic aroma.
If you don’t have fresh garlic to hand, this fragrant oil is the next best thing. The flavour is milder than a sliced or grated clove so it won’t overwhelm your dish. You can use it as a finishing oil or as a base for soups and sauces.
