Preparation: Leave to macerate for 1 hour in 70 cL of white rum. Mix, filter then add 1 L of sparkling water. Serve with crushed ice and a squeeze of lime per glass. Conservation: consume quickly (before the bubbles disappear!). Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
