Bellei Balsamic Vinegar from Modena (Precious Aged BIO)

Precious Gift Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a high-density vinegar: 1.33, aged in oak barrels and able to meet the requirements of absolute naturalness of even the most demanding consumers. 

The entire organic supply chain is certified at the origin and covers all stages of the production process. The scent is soft with slight notes of wood, the taste is sweet and delicate, with hints of pear and slight saltiness in the final.

COMBINATIONS

Precious Gift Organic is ideal to accompany salads and cooked and raw vegetables on a daily basis. It is also very tasty with meat dishes, first courses, risottos and potato gnocchi, spelt and barley salads, savory pies, desserts and fruit salads.
