Carm's Family Table Cookbook

Carm’s Family Table is a 250-page hardcover cookbook, a tribute to Carmela Polimeni's mother, to their family traditions, and to the kind of love that lives on across generations.

Carmela is honouring her memory by using this book to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research at the MUHC. Every book sold will support two groundbreaking projects:

1. Dr. Ira King and Dr. Lisa Munter – investigating the connection between the gut microbiome and Alzheimer’s disease, a promising new frontier in research.

1. Dr. Louis Collins – using MRI to explore the link between heart health and Alzheimer’s, and why it affects men and women differently.

All proceeds go to Alzheimer’s research at the MUHC.
