We make every effort to display our products, meals, beverages, gift baskets, catering items, and grocery products as accurately as possible. However, colors, packaging, portions, and presentation may vary slightly.
All products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
Unless otherwise specified, all prepared meals will be provided cold upon pickup.
If you would like your order heated for pickup, please leave a note in the notes section when placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, heated pickup cannot always be guaranteed during high-volume periods.
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, sesame, soy, and other allergens. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of product availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been prepared or processed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup or delivery date and time at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information or missed pickup windows.
Local delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or volume.
Standard delivery includes drop-off at reception or the main entrance for large businesses, office buildings, hospitals, schools, and similar locations. Standard delivery does not include setup, delivery to individual rooms, floors, or offices unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Catering, custom platters, gift baskets, and special orders may require additional notice and may be subject to separate cancellation or payment terms.
Deposits for custom or catering orders may be non-refundable once preparation has begun.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, refunds or exchanges may not be available on food, prepared meals, baked goods, or catering items unless there is an issue with your order.
