In developing the recipe, Jillian sought to create a salt as seasonally fresh as homegrown produce, harvested right from the garden. Its luscious blend of celery, garlic and fresh herbs mingle with earthy onion and nori, instantly elevating vegetable or seafood dishes with just a pinch.
