Extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Valtenesi comes from olives collected by hand at the right moment of maturation and pressed immediately in order to ensure the excellent taste and quality of the final product.  The result is an extra virgin olive oil with unique organoleptic characteristic.

The taste is medium fruity and the aroma reminds that of artichokes and wild herbs. The almond taste closure is slightly spicy

Perfect on vegetables, meat and soups. It is best on warm dishes, where it releases totally its fragrance.
