Artisan Biscuits - Key Lime Pie

Artisan Biscuit's delicious key lime pie cookies are based on the famous Florida dessert. These all-butter cookies are made with real lime juice and real lime purée for an amazing lime flavour. Call them bite-sized biscuits, or pocket puddings, these cookies come in a handy pouch and are perfect to grab on the go with a coffee!

Artisan Biscuits are a long-standing family bakery in the Peak District National Park, who started over 70 years ago. In that time, the world has changed dramatically; but, in the bakery, the way they bake biscuits is barely any different. In the last 50 years, they have only had two Head Bakers and continue to use the same bronze rollers and biscuit-moulding method that they have for decades.

Serving suggestion - perfect simply eaten on their own with a mug of tea or coffee. Also delicious served with ice-cream!
