Linguine Sorrento is probably the most loved Italian pasta recipe. It's basically pasta and tomato sauce with some basil leaves and, of course, your personal touch like grated cheese, pepper, spicy oil etc.
Preparation: bring 1/3 cup of water and 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the content of the package, cover and cook until most of the water has absorbed.
Tips: during cooking add 4 anchovies fillets and just before serving 80g of diced mozzarella.
Wine: Menfi Chardonnay DOC or medium bodied white wine.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina pasta, tomato, basil, herbs, vegetal broth. Does not contain glutamate, chemicals or animal derivatives.
