Genoese Pandolce, also often called Genoese panettone, is a common dessert during the Christmas period. According to ancient tradition, it was brought to the table by the youngest of the house, served with a laurel branch in the centre, a symbol of luck and well-being. Inspired by Pandolce Antica Genova®, this traditional dessert changes appearance and becomes informal in single-portion format, in a smaller form called Pandolcino Antica Genova.
Grondona has recreated the same traditional recipe, natural Ligurian pasta, so soft and compact. Enriched with raisins, candied fruit and pine nuts, as well as a passion for excellence in production and taste.
