The Genovese Pesto is prepared following the traditional recipe: Genovese POD Basil, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano, garlic, salt, pine nuts.
During the processing, it does not occur the pasteurization and this why our pesto has a bright green color. it does not occur the pasteurization.
Use: Our Genovese Pesto is used to season first courses, such as Linguine, Tagliatelle, Tagliolini and Lasagne.
It is recommended to use it cold, adding a little cooking water and a trickle of olive oil. It is also good for exalting the flavour of tomato sauce, pasta salads.
No preservatives and colorants. Once open, store in refrigerator covered with oil between (+4°C/+8°C).
