The Filippi panettone dedicated to chocolate lovers, to all those who think, as in Willy Wonka in "The Chocolate Factory", that chocolate allows us to "go beyond the confines of ordinary life, directing us towards the pursuit of pleasure". We have tried our best to prepare this Special, choosing not just any chocolate, but selecting an extraordinary special chocolate obtained only from the Criollo and Trinitario varieties of cocoa. Maranta 61% dark chocolate has a taste of citrus fruits and spices, with herbaceous notes and slightly acidic tones, which create a good balance between sweetness and typical chocolate accents.
This outstanding Italian Christmas cake comes from Filippi, the only certified B Corp pasticceria in Italy. The supple brioche cake is made from a 40-year-old yeast starter, fresh butter, free-range eggs, and other fine ingredients. Its cloud-like crumb is studded with raisins and candied orange peel.
Mother Maria and father Giuliano have beginning in 1972 in Zané, province of Vicenza, the production of naturally leavened baked goods (cakes). Together they have written the first chapter of this beautiful company, Filippi Patisserie, with genuine ingredients and family values. Today, with their sons Andrea and Lorenzo, the company goes on with the same devotion and the same enthusiasm.
Wheat flour, chocolate chips 23,4% (cocoa min. 56%, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: soya lecithin), butter, fresh egg yolk from free-range hens, cane sugar, water, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), Italian honey, emulsifiers: mono and glycerides of fatty acids, fresh milk, salt, natural flavour (vanilla berries).
May contain traces of nuts.
